Until the builder publishes Arbourview-specific materials, treat collection structure as expected process rather than a guaranteed product mix.

WideLot™ is a Mattamy Homes design concept introduced in the 1990s at The Orchard community in Burlington, Ontario. It uses wider-than-typical lot widths to create a more spacious street profile and larger living areas inside and outside the home. Arbourview is being built around this concept. Exact lot dimensions for Georgetown have not been released, so this page will not invent a frontage in feet.

A unit count for Arbourview has not been announced. Investors who model absorption from another Mattamy community's townhouse block or from a Halton Hills aggregator total are mixing a different file with this sales campaign.
